This week we observed Grandparents' Day at Claire's school. The class interviewed the grandparents on what school was like when they were growing up.
Since we gave up our season tickets for ILLINI football and basketball, we got a couple tix from Stub Hub. However, there wasn't a parking pass, so we parked in a U of I lot east of the stadium and walked through Mount Hope Cemetery. As we walked, we saw graves of people whose names we recognized.
Kathleen celebrated Homecoming Weekend with her friends in St Charles. She says, "It was the best one yet!" We need to talk her into the U of I for next year.
