Jerry's Birthday, Mason's Graduation Party, and Father's Day

We celebrated Jerry's 71st birthday, going out for lunch and shopping.  In the evening the Sampsons came, brought a DQ cake, and gift.  The gift was "a day with Senator Michael Frerichs" which they purchased through Crisis Nursery Auction.

Jerry stained our deck this week. While he was staining he heard creaking, and looked up in time to see the west trunk of our cherry tree fall to the ground.   We're waiting for the cherries to ripen before we take it down.

Mason's high school graduation party and Father's Day rounded out our week.
