Tea time, Mother's Day, NARFE, St Charles Townsends

Claire and her mom enjoyed a Mother-Daughter Tea.  Claire liked the face painting.  The NARFE State Meeting was in Bloomington this year, and Jerry became the District 5 vice president (just can't say "no").  I got flowers, candy, and cards for Mother's Day.

The St Charles Townsend news:  Gracie got new glasses, Kathleen got her driving permit, and Brian . . . . . well, he's not as young as he once was.

Claire and her mom dressed for tea.

Claire in her tiara and beautifully painted face.

Champaign Chapter of NARFE received a 60th anniversary certificate.

The new state officers of NARFE including Jerry far right.

Bouquet of colorful tulips from the Sampsons.

Mixed bouquet of roses and mums from the St Charles Townsends.

Chocolate covered strawberries from the Sampsons. Mmmm good!

Kathleen shows off a big smile as well as her new driving permit.

Gracie in her new specs.

Claire and her class celebrated pioneer days recently.

News story from Brian's past.  He sure looked a lot younger then.  Makes me feel old too.

Terry Hebig visited his Florida granddaughters, Nahlia and Jaiya,  recently.
