School is starting in Central Illinois. The Sampson kids went back last week. The Homer kids start today, the St Charles kids tomorrow, and I think, the Roselles went back last week as well. So send me your back-to-school photos for the blog.
5k race was held in Mahomet to benefit the Mahomet Area Youth Club. Derek, Aimee, and Will participated. Derek placed 33rd.
Will's football team (Mahomet Orange) has played two games so far and won their last one against Mahomet Blue by a touchdown. Will made that touchdown, and it sure put a smile on everyone's face.
