Hubby at the main entrance waterfall at the Convention Center.

Jerry attended the NARFE State Meeting in Tinley Park, while I hit the area shopping centers.  On the first evening of the state meeting we were entertained by "Those Were the Days Radio Players - South Chapter".  This group is a volunteer group that reenacts old time radio programs.  They read scripts and produce the sound effects, but the rest is up to your imagination.

Kathleen and her team played in the USJN basketball tournament in Champaign.  They played 5 games and won all but the last game.  Great performance, girls!  Hubby and I were able to attend two of her games on Saturday-one in Mahomet and the other at Brookens in Urbana.  Aimee, Will, Claire, and Jakey also watched the Mahomet game.
