We’ve had some unusually warm weather this past week with temps in the 80’s. Very Summer-like and it isn’t even Spring yet. I think Spring starts today or tomorrow.
The beautiful weather makes us want to get outside and enjoy. We’re thinking about what we want to plant and where. I reminded Hubby that in 1975, the year Colby was born, that he planted a portion of our garden on March 16.

This pair of geese has been hanging around our backyard.  If the weather stays like this, they'll be leaving to nest.

Radishes, lettuce, and onions have been planted.  The greenery on the right is sage for our Thanksgiving dressing.

Cutting the grass.  Can't remember ever mowing the lawn this early.

Prairie-I-Net,  our internet service provider, upgraded their equipment.  We went from this rectangular receiver . . . . . .

Colby, born on St Patrick's Day, celebrates his birthday at our house.  He always requests cherry coffeecake for dessert.

Claire, Aimee, and Jakey sing "Happy Birthday".

Will and Derek join the chorus.
