WE'RE BAAAAAAAAAAACK . . . .
As all good things must, our Florida Adventure has come to an end. We arrived at “the 6707” on Saturday afternoon. Our trip back was good: a little rain in southern Georgia, otherwise sunny and unseasonably warm.
One last look at the beach. |
I mentioned the "butt" issues in a previous post. This sign was at the beach entrance, but don't think it helped much. |
Here I am in front of more signs at the beach entrance. One of these signs should have said, "Absolutely No Smoking". |
This vides was done on a beautiful day at the beach, but it was very windy and lots of high noisy waves.
Young boy frolicking in the waves. I'm not sure what the older guy with the small net was doing at the far right in the photo. I didn't see him catch anything with the net. |
We went to the Sailfish Marina Restaurant for lunch on our last day on Singer Island. Those are pelicans sitting atop the dock posts. |
Boats at the Marina |
Our last night out, we visited the Governors Square Mall in Clarksville, TN, which was in our motel's backyard. These kids were having lots of fun bungee tumbling in the center court. |
