WATER is the big attraction in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
American Indians bathed in the hot springs during the 1700's and early 1800's. Some believe the waters have therapeutic properties. During the 20's, 30's, and 40's luxurious bathhouses sprung up and people traveled to Hot Springs to enjoy the spa bathes.

The old Army/Navy Hospital is now the Hot Springs Rehabilitation Center.

Hot Springs is also the boyhood home of William Jefferson Clinton. He moved here in 1953 with his mother and step-father. He later graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1964.
