AND WE STILL ARE ! ! ! ! !
On Tuesday, June 9, I drove to Genoa for the Class of '62 Lunch Bunch luncheon at Crumpet's Tea Room. I enjoyed becoming reacquainted with my classmates, as well as reacquainting myself with Genoa. This was my first visit to Genoa after leaving the area almost 40 years ago.

I remember going to dances here with my parents.
This was Hodgson Allis-Chalmers dealership. Many times I came here with my dad, and somebody always bought peanuts for me from the peanuts dispenser.
My kids always called this the "Bad Name Bridge" becaue of all the graffiti on it. It still has a lot of graffiti; but structurally it's much improved. I also remember it being one-lane.
