Doug Wilson's reign as State Director of Rural Development ended at noon on Tuesday, January 20. A farewell party was held in the conference room at the state office with dinner following at Jupiters.

Barry and Patrick emceed the event. Many guests were

given the opportunity to speak and make presentations.
