This group of photos expresses some of the "rarities" of our vacation.

Georgie and Caelin on one of the family bicycles. These came in several sizes.

These signs lined Atlantic Avenue. No cursing is allowed.

Rudee Inlet was 3 blocks south of our resort. The inlet was dredged, and the sludge was dumped back in the ocean near our resort. I don't know what the EPA would think about this. The birds loved it. Apparently, there were small fish that were sucked up by the pumping boat (shown right) and came out the hose (shown left) that was returning the effluent back to the ocean.

On Friday evening, we heard singing male voices outside our window, and the video above is what we saw----military joggers on the boardwalk. If you were in the military, I'm sure it will bring back memories---it did for Jer.

We've noticed this sign along the road during past trips. This time we took a picture--"Jerry's Run Trail". Next time we're going to check it out.

I seldom see the sunrise, but this sunrise on Virginia Beach is "stunning"! I noticed there were usually several people walking the beach to see it.

Sunset in our backyard. This view I see frequently.
