***FOUR GENERATIONS OF BUCKAROOS***

I’ve been looking through old pictures, and it struck me that Western Wear never goes out of style. All kids are cowboy or cowgirl “wannabes” at some point in their lives. In the picture at right is my mother sporting her cowgirl hat for a school picture in 1922 when she was a student at Red Brick School. The little boy far left grabassin’ with the friend next to him is her little brother, Uncle Sumner (Slim). Kids haven’t changed a bit!!

Uncle Bud, looking dapper in his cowboy outfit. He has his lunch bucket so he must be ready for school. In 1953 he started first grade.

These outfits were
Christmas gifts in
1977 -- Brian, Daren,
Colby, and Aimee.

Will's hat is almost bigger than he is.

Gracie shows off her cowgirl outfit and red cowgirl hat. All she needs is a horse! I don't know how the little wheeled tote fits in the picture.
